Until COVID is controlled, Public Health officials suggest that only patients with urgent eyelid, strabismus and orbital problems, unmanageable spasms or acute vision loss or pain should come to the office. Be prepared for a 2 hour visit. Bring:
1) Your OHIP card.
2) List of medications
3) CD rom of your head scans
4) Old pictures of yourself
To speed up your visit, print out and complete the patient forms, and bring to the office.
IF GOING TO THE MAIN OPERATING ROOM on the 6th floor, don’t eat or drink anything after midnight.
